Atlas support

We read every message. Email hello@tesava.co.uk and tell us whether you use the app on iPhone or iPad or the web app, which device you have, and what you saw.

Where is my data?

On your device: in the iPhone app's own storage, or in your browser when you use the web app. Nothing is stored in the cloud until you choose to sign in. If you do, your Atlas data is kept in your own account so your devices can share it; every row is protected by row level security, so only your account can read it. Removing the iPhone app, or clearing the site's data in your browser, removes the copy on that device, so export a copy first if you want to keep one.

Does Atlas need an account?

No. Atlas works fully without one. Sync between your devices is optional: open Settings, Account and sync, and create an account or sign in. Everything you have done so far comes with you. Sign out at any time and your data stays on the device.

Can I use Sign in with Apple?

Yes, in the iPhone app. In Settings, Account and sync, tap Sign in with Apple. You can share your real email address or let Apple hide it with a private relay address that forwards to you.

I forgot my password

In Settings, Account and sync, type your email and tap Forgot password. We email you. Type the code from the email into Atlas and choose a new password there, or open the link in the email on any device and set the new password on the page it opens. Then sign in with the new password. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

How do I delete my account?

In Atlas, open Settings, Account and sync, and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This deletes your sign in, everything stored for your account and your email choice, and clears Atlas on that device. It cannot be undone, so export a copy first if you want to keep your data. If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Atlas from your Apple Account: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple, and choose Atlas.

To keep the account but empty it, choose Delete my cloud data in the same place instead.

Adding a product by photo

On the Vitamins and Supplements page, Add by photo reads a supplement's label for you. Photograph the front for the name and the back for the ingredients, in good light and square on; you can add more photos before you confirm. Signed out, the label is read on your device, which copes with clear print and misses more on small or curved labels. Signed in, Atlas can read it with AI for better results, but only if you allow it: it asks before the first photo is sent, names the service, and remembers your answer. Change it any time in Settings, Data and privacy, Read labels with AI. You check everything before it is saved, and you can always type the label instead.

How do the period predictions work?

Open Cycle tracking and tap Log period on the first day. Atlas fills in the expected last day; tap Period finished when it ends, so it learns how long yours last. The next period is worked out from your own cycles: a starting point of 28 days until you have logged 3 cycles, then the middle value of your last 6. The calendar shows logged days filled in, predicted days dotted and the days it is likely to start shaded, and How this is worked out lists the cycles it used. Predictions are estimates, not medical advice, and must not be used as contraception.

Is my cycle log synced?

Not unless you choose it. It stays on your device even when you are signed in. To see it on your other devices, open Cycle tracking and tap Sync my cycle log; Stop syncing removes it from your account and keeps it on each device.

How does the fasting timer work?

Open Fasting (on a phone it is in More). Drag the start or the end of the band round the clock, or the band itself, to set your fasting window, or tap a length such as 16:8. Tap Start fast now when you begin: Today shows the time left, and End fast moves it into your log. If you began earlier than you tapped, drag the start back to when you did. In the iPhone app you can switch on a reminder for when it is time to start and one for when you reach your goal. Your fasts stay on the device and are never synced. Fasting is not right for everyone; if you are not sure it suits you, talk to your GP first.

How do I share or print my routine?

Tap Share or print on the Skincare, Supplements or Training page, or in Settings, Data and privacy (on a phone it is also in More). Tick the parts you want and Atlas makes a PDF on your device. In the iPhone app, Share or print opens the share sheet for a message, an email, AirDrop, a printer or Files; on the website, Download PDF saves it.

How does Atlas choose a night for a treatment?

Open Quick Add, Smart add, and type something like add dermaplaning. Atlas reads your night timetable, picks the night that leaves the most room around your retinoid and acid nights, tells you why, and shows its sources before you add it. You can pick another night, change how often it repeats, or keep your nights as they are.

How do I export or import my data?

Open Settings, Data and privacy. Export saves everything as a plain file: the iPhone app opens the share sheet so you can save it to Files or send it on, and the web app downloads it. Import replaces everything with a file you exported earlier, after asking you to confirm.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The iPhone app works without a connection. The web app is kept on your device after the first visit; when an update is published it shows a quiet "Update ready" message the next time you open it with a connection, and Reload switches over. Signed in, changes made offline sync when you are back online.

How do I clear a page or start again?

Atlas starts empty, so there is no example plan to get back. One page: open it (Training, Nutrition, Supplements, Skincare, Habits and so on) and tap Clear all at the bottom; only that page changes, and Undo on the message at the bottom of the screen brings it back within 10 seconds. Every plan and routine at once: Settings, Data and privacy, Clear all plans (your habits, journal and own tasks stay). Everything: Settings, Data and privacy, Start again.

How do I hide a planner I do not use?

On a phone, open More, then Planner library. On a laptop, hover a section in the sidebar and use its menu to hide or remove it. Hidden planners keep their data; removed ones come back empty.

Is there anything to buy?

The iPhone app is bought once from the App Store, and everything in it is included: nothing extra to buy, no subscription and no ads. The web app is free.

Using the web app on a phone or computer

The web app needs a current browser: Safari 16 or later, Chrome 105 or later, or Firefox 110 or later.

Something looks wrong

Close Atlas and open it again with a connection, so the latest version can load. If that does not help, email hello@tesava.co.uk with the device, whether it is the iPhone app or the web app, and what you saw. A screenshot helps.

Privacy and terms

Atlas collects nothing you do not choose to send. Read the full privacy policy and the terms of use.
